Harris invites you and your family to the “ Soul School Festival ,” a free community celebration filled with state resources, live entertainment, games, and more. Join us on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 12 P.M. to 8 P.M. at the 1800 Block of Washington Ave in Philadelphia for a day packed with exciting activities. This year’s theme is a back-to-school edition celebration. The “Soul School Festival” is presented by PA State Representative Jordan A. Harris in partnership with the Greater Philadelphia Community Alliance (GPCA).
