This past Thursday, April 10th, we had the opportunity to catch up with Victoria as she prepared a delicious shrimp stir-fry . She had already gathered her ingredients, which included four colorful peppers, one onion, a small bag of pecans, pre-cooked baby shrimp , and soy sauce to complement the dish. After finishing her stir-fry, Victoria was excited about how vibrant it looked and how aromatic it smelled.
