Decades will take place at Fringe Arts , located at 140 N. Columbus Blvd., Philadelphia, PA. Presented by DJ O-Boyy , this throwback music event will feature an assortment of tracks that will have you reminiscing about your childhood if you grew up in the '90s or 2000s. While wearing '90s and 2000s attire is highly encouraged, it is not mandatory. There will be two open bars on-site—one indoors and one outdoors.
