Many people's morning or nightly routines involve driving or walking to their favorite coffee shop to grab a cup of coffee. From memorizing go-to menu items to being recognized by the barista as a regular, coffee shops play an important role in daily life.

At LIFE OF A CREATIVE RADIO, we thrive on a good cup of coffee. We are also avid fans of the internationally renowned Seattle-based brand, Starbucks. Our founder's favorite beverage from their menu is a large hot white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of espresso. Although she is disappointed to learn that her favorite drink is being removed from the Starbucks menu, she will continue to visit Starbucks for other items. On Tuesday, March 4th, Starbucks is set to remove a selection of fan-favorite coffee beverages from their menus.

Starbucks CEO Brian Niccol believes this decision will improve efficiency for the company. He argues that these drinks are difficult for baristas to make and are less profitable than other options on the menu.
