“Old Atlanta 75 Remix”

At LIFE OF A CREATIVE RADIO, we are excited to bring you the latest update from SWATS Entertainment regarding their “Old Atlanta” megamix series. On Thursday, July 24, 2025, SWATS Entertainment released the single and music video “Old Atlanta 75 Remix” as part of this series.

If you’re new to the “Old Atlanta” megamix series or joining us since our initial announcement on June 17, 2025, the series features the song “Old Atlanta,” which serves as the title track for the “Bo Legs” documentary about the life and legacy of Marvin Arrington Sr.

The “Bo Legs” documentary showcases the rich cultural history of Atlanta, GA, while highlighting the significant impact Marvin Arrington Sr. had on the community. Known for his remarkable contributions, Arrington played a pivotal role in integrating Emory Law School and seeking improvements for the Atlanta Zoo.

In a statement from Marvin Arrington Jr., a Fulton County Commissioner and attorney for SWATS Nation Entertainment, he expressed:

“We are thrilled to present ‘Old Atlanta’ to our audiences. This track is a celebration of not only Marvin Arrington Sr.’s legacy but also the vibrant culture and history of Atlanta. We hope it resonates with listeners and inspires them to reflect on their journeys.”

The “Old Atlanta” remix and megamix project features a collaborative effort from 30 artists, showcasing both legendary and emerging hip-hop talent. Artists included in the mix are Lil Will, Dungeon Family’s Backbone, Young Dro, Pastor Troy, and many more, each sharing their unique stories about life in Atlanta.

The “Old Atlanta 75 Remix” is produced by the legendary Queue Beats and includes contributions from DJ Taz, MC Shy-D, Playa Poncho, Raheem the Dream, and Lil Will. This project pays tribute to Marvin Arrington Sr.'s life and impact.
