“REC Philly & PECO”
In a world where community and creativity drive everything we do, we are proud to unveil this year’s 2025 “REC Philly & PECO Sponsored Members.” This collaborative project is brought to you by REC Philly, a creative hub located in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia, within the Fashion District, and by the electrical energy company PECO.
The list for this year's 2025 “REC Philly & PECO Sponsored Members” was announced today, Thursday, September 25, 2025. This list celebrates the partnership between REC Philly and PECO.
Throughout this remarkable initiative, PECO continues its mission to empower Philadelphia’s diverse and talented creative community by sponsoring three creators and gifting each of them a membership to REC Studios.
The partnership between REC Philly and PECO is rooted in the belief that artists need access to space, resources, and community. Through this, artists can influence culture, inspire others in our Philadelphia community, and shape impactful work.
Philadelphia, a city founded on “Brotherly Love & Sisterly Affection,” is proud to introduce this year's amazing “REC Philly & PECO Sponsored Members,” including:
Taylor Thompkins: An independent rapper, punk rock vocalist, producer, and co-owner of “Highest Basement Collective” (HBC). Taylor is primarily a storyteller. We extend a heartfelt thank you to PECO for their support, enabling these three talented local creatives to expand and grow their artistry at REC Studios. Congratulations and welcome to Taylor, Cheyenne, and Amirah to the REC family.
