We’re excited to announce that the Dover Art League, located at 21 West Loockerman Street, Dover, DE 19904, is officially opening registration for its 2026 kids artist summer camp. This six-week program will feature a wide variety of hands-on activities designed to promote self-esteem and resilience and to help your kids find healthy ways to express themselves.

The 2026 summer artist camps are open to a wide range of ages, including 4—7, 7—11, and 11—14. The Dover Art League’s 2026 kids summer artist camp begins on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, and concludes on Saturday, August 15, 2026.

The Dover Art League will provide your kids with a snack while they attend the 2026 artist summer camp; however, the Dover Art League requires parents and caregivers to provide lunch for their young kids. The Dover Art League’s 2026 kids' artist summer camp program will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. every Wednesday through Saturday.

The materials cost is $185 and is included in your child's registration for the 2026 summer artist camps. The Dover Art League’s 2026 artist camp will feature a tour of the Biggs Museum of American Art and a field trip to the green for an open sketch session.

The Biggs Museum of American Art is located at 406 Federal Street, Dover, DE 19901. At the conclusion of the Dover Art League’s 2026 kids summer camp program, kids will leave with a toolbox full of skills, knowing that through creating art, they can self-reflect, build coping skills, and gain a sense of transformation.

The Dover Art League’s 2026 kids artist summer camp program will end with a celebration of each student’s hard work, fostering a sense of community and pride in their creative journey—aka a party with friends and family!

The Dover Art League is an organization supported in part by the Delaware Division of the Arts, a state agency, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts. We invite our parents and caregivers to register their kids for the Dover Art League’s 2026 artist summer camp program by visiting their linktr.ee, website, or by scanning the QR code in the above flyer.
